Over the years I have tried MANY different eye makeup removers, from inexpensive drug store brands to high end lines. I go through it like crazy so I decided to do a little research and came up with this wonderful ALL NATURAL solution. It is dirt cheap AND it works!
Mix together:
1 Cup of Distilled Water
1-1 /2 TBSP of Tear Free Baby Shampoo
1/8 TSP of Olive Oil OR Coconut Oil
Make sure you store it in a closed container so you can shake it before each use.
